We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales teams in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale territories and drive growth
The Regional Sales Director will oversee the sales operations within their assigned region, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the development of strong relationships with clients and partners. This individual will manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, execute strategic sales plans, and collaborate with other departments to maximize business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales target.
- Manage and grow key accounts within the assigned region.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Lead and motivate a team of account managers to achieve sales goals.
- Conduct biweekly check ins with assigned account managers in regard to setting sales goal expectations.
- Assist with the planning of sales exhibits, attend trade shows, and take part in education and training conferences on selling and marketing programs.
- Resolve trade issues, and builder resolutions.
- Manage Account Manager mentor program.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Director or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the luxury appliance or home improvement industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Product knowledge and ability to work cross functionally.
- Flexibility to travel within the assigned region as required.
